1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lakiwin ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the lakiwin website located at lakiwin.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the lakiwin website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• 2.5 You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

lakiwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be voided.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the lakiwin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. lakiwin is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify lakiwin support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification. lakiwin may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your lakiwin account or any rights therein to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lakiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the lakiwin cashier page and are subject to change. lakiwin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. lakiwin aims to process approved GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your lakiwin account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. lakiwin complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a legitimate lakiwin transaction is a breach of these Terms. lakiwin reserves the right to suspend the account, recover the disputed amount, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by lakiwin are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• lakiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

5.2 lakiwin reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the lakiwin platform — including slots, live casino games, Bingo, God Fish Slicing, and Treasure Hunt — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.2 Slot and specialty games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted under strict studio protocols with real-time monitoring.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, lakiwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, lakiwin does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakiwin platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any such exploitation must be reported to lakiwin support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the lakiwin platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lakiwin staff or other players.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lakiwin platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of lakiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lakiwin platform without prior written consent from lakiwin.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lakiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 lakiwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lakiwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy & Data

12. Termination

12.1 By You. You may close your lakiwin account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and these Terms.

12.2 By lakiwin. lakiwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
